This small bright 40m2 apartment in a modern residential building was intended for rent. The assumptions were: budget furnishings, functional, modern, distinguished by quality and idea, but not very individualistic. The visible and modern building suggested contemporary solutions. Big, lined panels of mirrors, a lot of white, interesting furniture forms (an undercut kitchen island, angled bookcase or oblique elements of the partition between the living room and the hallway) and, in contrast, smooth built-in elements not taking up much space. Little free-standing furniture, a lot of built-ins, division of the living space without closing it, maximum opening to the large windows completed the project.
